SL2100 – High Precision Data Logger

The SL2100 is a high performance data logger with 16 bit resolution. It has eight channels that can be configured via software to accept mA, mV, low level DC voltage and thermocouple sensors. Although mains powered, the SL2100 has internal batteries that will last eight hours in the event of a power failure. There is enough internal memory to log 112,000 readings at sample rates from once per second to once per day in one second increments. The SL2100 can be configured to log ‘off-line’ to its own internal memory, or, if connected to a computer, ‘on-line’. Where the data are stored on the hard disk of the computer.

The SL2100 also has a relay output that can be used as an alarm output.

SL963 – Pressure Data Loggers

The SL963 is a high performance, high quality pressure data logger. A self contained pressure data logger that houses the pressure sensing module, battery and data logging electronics. The SL963 series data loggers are available with either 1/4′ BSP or 1/2′ BSP process connections and with either recessed, flush or frontal diaphragms.

The SL963 data loggers can be used to monitor pressure in airlines, pneumatic and hydraulic lines and, with the ATEX approved version, gas pipelines. The SL963 is available in pressure ranges from 100mbar to 1000 bar in either gauge or absolute.

SL702-128K – Temperature & Relative Humidity Data Logger

The SL702-128K is a temperature and relative humidity data logger. It has internal temperature and relative humidity sensors and the option of an additional, external temperature & relative humidity sensor (SL-EH020). The SL702-128K is small and compact and is ideally suited measuring temperature & relative humidity in buildings and museums as well as for goods in transit. As with all of the SL700 series data loggers, the data logger is supplied in a Noryl enclosure, is battery powered for up to 10 years and has 12 bit resolution. There is only one memory option for the SL702-128K, storing 87,000 readings.

SL709 – Dual Channel Pulse Input Data Logger

The SL709 is a dual channel pulse data logger. The SL709 is commonly used to measure the switch output from flow meters although it can be used as a standard pulse counter. The SL709 will count up to 4096 counts in the predefined sample period. The SL709 can be connected direct to switches, or volt free contacts as well as electrical signals where the low level is less than 0.5VDC and the high signal is between 4.5VDC and 24VDC. As with all SL700 series data loggers, they are supplied with an internal battery giving up to 10 years battery life.

SL705 – Thermocouple Data Logger

The SL705 is dual channel thermocouple data logger. Each channel can be individually configured to accept thermocouple types J, K, S ,T & E and measure temperature over a wide range. The internal temperature channel is used to provide cold junction compensation. As with all of the SL700 series data loggers, the data logger is in a Noryl enclosure, battery powered for up to 10 years and has 12 bit resolution. There are also 3 memory options.

SL151T – Totally Sealed Hygienic Temperature Data Logger

The SL151T loggers are single channel, temperature data logggers that record the time, date and precise temperature for later retrieval and analysis. The data loggers are used in food, pharmaceutical , building management and other industries for temperature monitoring. Typical applications include food safety, where vulnerable or high value products are sensitive to incorrect environmental conditions, which in turn could cause irreparable damage to goods that might not be obvious on receipt. The data logger is sealed in a crevice free and robust plastic tag with no ‘bug traps’ connections or entries of any kind. The tag can be conveniently located in a packing case, on a pallet or attached directly to the product. This data logger series is particularly suited for cold chain applications to meet EN12830 for the monitoring of food produce in storage and transportation

SL50-WALL – Wall Mount Holder for SL50 Series

The SL50-WALL is a black plastic, wall mounting bracket that allows any of the SL50 series data loggers to be permanently fixed to a wall, door or even a packing crate. The SL50 series loggers protrude through the enclosure which is in turn fixed using two screws. This allows the communication interface to be connected to the data logger without removing it from the holder.

SL50-ACC10

Constructed from blue anodised aluminium, the SL50-ACC10 is a fast response enclosure for use with all SL50 series data loggers. An FDA food grade approved O-Ring seals the front face of the data logger whilst allowing fluids to flow over the main body and therefore improve response times. The stainless steel support frame is also included.

SL50-ACC09 – Hanheld Printer

The SL50-ACC09 is a battery powered handheld printer that can be used to print reports from the SL51T, SL52T, SL53T, SL55T and SL54TH data loggers.

The report generated shows the data logger serial number, when the data logger started and stopped logging. It also indicates the preprogrammed alarm limits and if these limits have been exceeded.

The SL50-ACC09 is ideal for producing reports when temperature sensitive goods are handed over or delivered.

The handheld printer is supplied with rechargable batteries and charger.

SL50-ACC08-PK5

A coloured waterproof enclosure which is slightly larger than the SL50-ACC06. Being blue and yellow, the SL50-ACC08 is easier to spot when mixed with product. And the blue handle makes the bung easier to remove. Please note, unlike the SL50-ACC06, the SL50-ACC08 floats in fluid.

The enclosure may be reused many times but the actual number of times depends upon many factors such as the temperature, the liquid type , the duration. Each time before use carefully inspect the cap for signs of damage and if in doubt discard.

SL50-ACC07

The SL50-ACC07 is an alarm viewer for all SL50 series data loggers. Just place the data logger in the socket and press the button. A green lamp will illuminate if the alarms have not been triggered and a red light will illuminate if they have.

SL50-ACC03

A lower cost alternative to the SL-ACC01. The
SL-ACC03 is constructed from Polyphenylene Sulphide (PPS Ryton) with black flat finish. This produces a lightweight enclosure that protects the data logger at pressures up to 1 Bar or depths of 10m. Maximum operating temperature +125°C.

SL50-ACC02 – MiniTag Holder

Rubberised holder suitable for use with all SL50 series button data loggers. The rubberised holder provides a quick and easy method for mounting the button data loggers. You have the option of using the mounting hole or the strong magnet that is fixed to the back of the holder.

SL50-ACC01 – Stainless Steel Enclosure

316 stainless steel enclosures that protect the SL50 series data loggers in harsh environments or where there is likely to pressures in excess of 100mB. The SL50-ACC01 can be used with pressures up to 10 Bar or submerged in up to 100m water.

SL50-INTERFACE-USB – USB Interface Cable

The SL54USB-A offers increased relative humidity accuracy over the standard SL54USB.

SL54M-A – Temperature & Relative Humidity Data Logger

The SL54M temperature and relative humidity data logger is identical in operation to the SL54TH but is supplied with the SL50-ACC02 rubberised holder. The holder makes installation easier, either via the through hole or using the integral magnet. It is a self contained and self powered with the ability to record up to 8,000 data points. The SL54M can operate in a temperature range of -10°C to +50°C and up to 100%RH. The SL54M-A is identical to the SL54M but with an improved relative humidity accuracy of ±2%.

SL53T-A – SL53T Temperature Logger With Calibration Certificate

The SL53T-A is identical in operating parameters to the SL51T but it has an improved accuracy of ±0.2°C over the range +80°C to +125°C and is supplied with a UKAS traceable, three point calibration certificate.

SL52M – MiniTag Temperature Data Logger ±0.5°C Accuracy

The SL52M is a self contained single channel temperature data logger supplied with rubber mounting tag. The SL52M has the ability to record over 8000 data points. The SL52M operates in a temperature range of -20°C to +50°C. The SL52M is coloured bright yellow for easy identification and retrieval and can be fixed in place by either using the internal magnet or by using a security tie or screw through the mounting hole provided.
