PD663 ProtEX Lite 3½+ Digit Explosion-Proof Loop-Powered Meter
PD663 ProtEX Lite 3½+ Digit Explosion-Proof Loop-Powered Meter
The PD663 is a rugged, explosion-proof NEMA 4X loop-powered meter perfect for applications where a simple, inexpensive display is required in a hazardous area.
The PD663 derives all its power from the 4-20 mA loop. The PD663 is scaled using four push buttons and can be done without applying an actual calibration signal, and through the explosion-proof enclosure with optional magnetic reed switches and a magnet key. The PD663’s display will read up to 2999; we call this 3½+ digits! The loop-powered backlighting option lets you see the display under any lighting condition and is powered completely from the 4-20 mA loop. This means there is no need for additional wiring and never any batteries to change.
The PD663 is housed in a rugged, explosion-proof, cast aluminum, NEMA 4X enclosure and is provided with two threaded conduit holes and integrated pipe or wall mounting flanges.

F133 Dispenser with 2 Transistor Outputs and External Start/Stop Function
Dispenser with 2 Transistor Outputs and External Start/Stop Function
Description: Delivery Controller
Inputs: Reed-switch, NAMUR, NPN/PNP pulse, Sine wave, Active pulse signal
Power Options: 8-24 VAC or VDC, 115-230 VAC
Display: Seven 0.67″ (17 mm) digits for actual total and Eleven 0.31″ (8 mm) for preset total
Case: IP67/NEMA 4X
The F133 is a unique product as it is especially
designed for a controlled delivery of undefined
quantities. It offers all the functionality known
from gas stations to fill-up your car. The unit
incorporates special functions with delay times
to start a pump first, control a valve and expect
a flow within a certain period of time.
Moreover, the flow rate and the allowed total
dispensed quantity is monitored as well.
If, for whatever reason, no pulses are coming
in, the delivery will be terminated after a
pre-defined time. Sub-deliveries are also catered
for allowing you to fill up several compartments
within one and the same delivery. A wide
selection of options further enhance this models
capabilities, including Intrinsic Safety and full
Modbus communication.
F127 Differential Flow computer with Temperature Compensation and 4-20 mA Output
Differential Flow computer with Temperature Compensation and 4-20 mA Output
Description: Differential Flow Computers
Inputs: Reed-switch, NAMUR, NPN/PNP pulse, Sine wave, Active pulse signal
Temperature Inputs: PT100- 2 or 3 wire, 4-20 mA, 0-10 VDC
Power Options: 8-24 VAC or VDC, 115-230 VAC
Display: Seven 0.67″ (17 mm) digits for resettable total and Eleven 0.31″ (8 mm) digits for accum total
Case: IP67/NEMA 4X
The flowcomputer Model F127 has been
developed to calculate corrected differential
liquid volume at normal conditions for generic
products. A typical application is the measurement
of fuel consumption by engines for power
generators, e.g. on board ships and locomotives.
The usual difficulties encountered in such
applications include: pulsating flows, very low
consumption readings, vibration and high
ambient temperatures. These are all well catered
for in the design and operation of the F127.
The corrected volumetric flow in each line is
calculated using the thermal expansion
coefficient algorithm stored in the flowcomputer.
The reference temperature can be defined as
desired, e.g. 15°C, 20°C or 60°F
F126 Flow Computer with Temperature and Pressure Compensation For Corrected Liquid
Flow Computer with Temperature and Pressure Compensation For Corrected Liquid
Description: Flow Computers
Inputs: Reed-switch, NAMUR, NPN/PNP pulse, Sine wave, Active pulse signal, 4-20 mA, 0-10 VDC
Outputs: 4-20 mA/0-10 VDC
Power Options: 8-24 VAC or VDC, 115-230 VAC
Display: Seven 0.67″ (17 mm) digits for resettable total and Eleven 0.31″ (8 mm) digits for accum total
Case: IP67/NEMA 4X
The flowcomputer Model F126-EG has been
developed to calculate the gas volume at
normal conditions for generic products, in most
cases at 0°C (32 °F) and 1.013 Bar. If desired,
any other temperature or pressure can be set.
The corrected volumetric flow is calculated
using the equations stored in the flowcomputer
while a compressibility factor can be set to
approach a real gas behaviour. A wide selection
of options further enhance this models
capabilities, including Intrinsic Safety and full
Modbus communication.
