SEM161 Series Programmable Single Channel Humidity Transmitter
PROGRAMMABLE SINGLE CHANNEL HUMIDITY TRANSMITTERSThe SEM161 is a cost effective “smart” humidity transmitter with a single two wire (4 to 20) mA output. The design uses a digital sensor which plugs into the sensor stem. A 4 digit display option is also available.
The product will measure humidity, temperature, dew point and delta T (the difference between dewpoint and ambient temperature) values. Using our free software, available on our website, PC configuration allows you to measure any one of these 4 parameters on the SEM161.
Configuration is performed quickly using our new USB port driven configurator by connecting the transmitter to the configurator and following the software instructions. The software allows you to tag the device, set installation date and set output range. Either fixed ranges or your own custom ranges can be configured for all output types in °C or °F.
The 4 digit LED display option provides you with a visual indication of the process parameters, the display may be set to indicate
either humidity, temperature, dew point or toggle between all three parameters.
Using our popular SCH4 connection head, the SEM161 Series can be ordered for duct, wall or remote sensor mounting.

SEM165 Series High Temperature RH & Temperature Transmitter
HIGH TEMPERATURE RH AND TEMPERATURE TRANSMITTER
The SEM165 series are stainless steel bodied probes offering an excellent performance in harsh industrial process control environments and energy management applications.
The SEM165 probe operates from (-30 to 140) °C.
Single hole mounting via a ¼" BSP pressure gland allows for simple installation into ducts pipes or process chambers and facilitates adjustment of insertion depth. The Status SCH4 terminal head is sealed to IP65 with cable entry via an M20 cable gland. High temperature RH probe operation option from (-30 to 140) °C and presents a versatile solution for the majority of humidity and temperature control applications.

The SEM167H1 transmitter operates by using the value made by a highly accurate capacitive sensor that is integrated in a silicon microchip.
This new technology allows for accurate process measurements, is extremely reliable, and offers excellent long-term stability. The sensor is very durable and moisture resistant.
The “Humi-chip” module that incorporates the sensor can be easily interchanged without the need for re-calibration.
For further operator ease of use, relative humidity values can be displayed on the optional integrated LCD display, or sent via analogue outputs to other display devices.
