GENERAL FEATURES
The PD650, PD655 and PD656 are Large Display Process Meters with flow rate, totalizer and batch control capabilities. Each accepts the common process signals such as 4-20 mA, 0-5 VDC, 1-5 VDC and 0-10 VDC and displays these signals in engineering units on a large, high efficiency, 4½digit red LED display. All units also provide two isolated 24 V power supplies to drive both the input and output loops. Options include up to 4 relays for alarms or batch controlling, as well as an isolated 4-20 mA transmitter output.
Single Button Scaling
Single button scaling means that these meters can be completely programmed using only one button. Simply press the ENTER button to initiate the automatic menu scan. When the desired menu appears press the ENTER button again. Once in a menu, press the ENTER button when the display reads the desired value. To exit setup & programming press the ACK (Acknowledge) button while displaying any of the main menus. It’s that simple!

Lockout and Menu-Title Disabling
The ability to modify programming values can be restricted by installing a lockout jumper on terminals at the rear of the instrument. In addition, certain menu titles can be programmed not to appear during the menu scroll.

The PD865 Snooper is a digital panel meter that can be
programmed as a Modbus RTU Master, Slave or Snooper.
What Makes Snooper Mode Special?
In Snooper mode, the Snooper can sit anywhere on the Modbus
network and display any process variable on the bus. The special
thing about Snooper mode is you don’t have to change the
programming of the other devices on the network. You just program
the Snooper to listen for a specific address and register on the bus
and it constantly monitors that location and displays the PV on the
digital readout.

DM3600 Series Digital Indicator
INTELLIGENT DIGITAL INDICATOR WITH TFML
DM3600 SERIES: DM3600U, DM3600U/01, DM3600A, DM600A/01.
The DM3600 is an intelligent digital panel meter that can accept inputs from a wide variety of sensors and display the signal digitally. In addition, it has the facility to accept up to two option “Pods” which can be either isolated (4 to 20) mA re-transmission or two normally open alarm relays.
The DM3600 is available in two models. The DM3600U which is a universal input panel indicator and the DM3600A, a universal panel indicator with totaliser functions.
All functions are programmable via the integral front panel keys or via the optional RS485 serial communications port using the Modbus protocol. To facilitate integration into a Scada system, an OPC server is available which also interfaces to the MEDACS, smart DIN rail Signal Conditioner product range, seamlessly integrating front and back of panel instruments.
The DM3600 supports TFML (Transfer Function Module Library) i.e. the ability to download custom functionality by means of standard modules available from the web site. This allows pre-written or custom control functions to be quickly and easily incorporated.
The DM3600A totaliser function enables non-volatile storage of the integrated total to be maintained within the unit, even after loss of power. Output options can be selected to operate on Process Variable (PV) or Total.

PANEL MOUNTED LOOP POWERED INDICATOR.
The DM720 is a compact panel mounted loop powered indicator that is designed to connect in series with a 4/20mA current loop and display the value in engineering units.
The DM720 is housed in a 48x24mm DIN standard panel mount case and provides 10mm high LED digits . The engineering range is programmed by using easily accessible push buttons. The design of the product means no external power supply is needed and it requires less than 5V from the current loop.

DM500 Loop Powered Indicator
LOOP POWERED INDICATOR
The DM500 is a 20 mm is a loop-powered process indicator, designed to be connected in series in a (4 to 20) mA current loop to display digitally the process variable represented by the current flowing.
Engineering units are configured using Coarse and Fine adjustments, which are provided for both Zero and Span.
The circular stainless steel housing is available in a choice of depths, permitting the installation of a suitable loop-powered transmitter.
A selection of compatible temperature sensors are available with various immersion lengths and process connections.

DM700 Indicator
LOOP POWERED LED INDICATOR.
Small and compact, the DM700 has been designed to be completely enclosed in a clear polycarbonate cap which fits to our standard SCH4 enclosure. Alternatively it is available with a choice of mountings to fit other standard connecting heads.
The unit is microprocessor based and set up is achieved by means of three push button switches located on the underside of the module following a simple menu structure. The (4 to 20) mA loop powered indicator can have a number of standard linearisations applied, such as square root, or a custom characteristic can be entered. Rtd and Thermocouple versions can be combined with a (4 to 20) mA transmitter (two wire current sink) with the transmission range set from the push buttons.
The DM700 series can be fitted in a selection of enclosures to achieve IP67 sealing.
A unique feature of the RTD input is the ability to enter sensor calibration data to achieve an exact match for greatest accuracy.
