Quality Policy

The management and employees of P.J. Boner & Co. Ltd. are committed to providing an excellent service to our customers and to be the best in our field for instrumentation, weighing service and products and automation in Ireland. It our policy to deal efficiently and effectively with all customer concerns regarding product quality and service and also to resolve issues as far as possible to the satisfaction of its customers.

All internal processes must meet with the standards which our company set and ease of use and comprehension of the quality system must be understood by all intenal staff dealing with day to day activities of the quality system.

Data is collected with regards to these objectives, then analyzed and measured to identify areas of improvement.  The information collected consists of customer complaints and non-conformance reports.  Analysis and measurement is done as outlined in our Quality Manual via internal audits and management reviews.

In pursuit of these quality objectives, this organization shall remain committed to Compliance with the requirements of the quality management system and continual improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system.

Top management ensures that the quality policy is communicated to all employees. It is included in new employee training and training during company induction. It is posted in prominent places throughout the facility to maintain high standards within our organisation.
