P.J. Boner & Company can provide an excellent breakdown service for customers. This can be critical if an item of instrumentation fails on a line and stops production – this can cost thousands for every hour the line is down. We can send a qualified technician to your site to fault-find the problem and either fix or replace the instrument , we can then re-calibrate the instrument to get the line up and running as soon as possible.

If a spare part is required we have credit accounts with over 400 different suppliers, so we can find your exact part or an equivalent replacement straight away.

We offer the following breakdown services:

On-Call

- A weekly charge to avail of a technician who is available to be on site within 1 hour from 16:30 to 08:00 Monday to Friday and through the weekend (optional). This is a minimal charge and the customer is then charged at standard rates for the hours on the call out.

Breakdown Agreement

- For a monthly fixed fee, we are available at any time during working hours to go to site to attend to any breakdown issues. No extra charge is accrued when the technician goes to site it is an all inclusive charge (subject to breakdown specification depending on industry).
